My celebrity name Marianne Elizabeth Lane Hickey born April 25, 1938 in Philadelphia is an American former chess player. Her combination of good looks and chess-playing ability made her an international celebrity, even though she never achieved the title of chess master. Her photo appeared on the cover of Sports Illustrated, making her the first of only two chess players to appear on its cover (the other, Bobby Fischer, in 1972). There were articles about her in Look, Newsweek, The New Yorker and many other magazines.

Born in Philadelphia, Lane never knew her father, a leather glazer. As a child, she and her sister Evelyn lived with various neighbors and their grandmother while their mother held down two jobs. In 1957, while attending Temple University, Lisa struck and killed an elderly woman while driving her mother’s car (Lane was not charged); this, and the end of a love affair, set Lane into a depression.

After investing her remaining savings in a Philadelphia bookstore, Lane began playing chess at local coffeehouses and “winning all the time,” she said. After coaching by Master Attilio Di Camillo, Lane won the women’s championship of Philadelphia in 1958 and took her first U.S. Women’s Chess Championship in 1959 at the age of 21, just two years after she began playing the game. She held this title until 1962, losing it to Gisela Kahn Gresser. Lane had an Elo rating of 2002, a low expert rating, from the United States Chess Federation as of the end of 1961. In 1963, Lane opened her own chess club, The Queen’s Pawn Chess Emporium in New York City. In 1966, she shared the U.S. Women’s Chess Champion title with Gresser.

Lane has been married twice; first to Walter Rich, a Philadelphia ad man and commercial artist, from 1959–61, then to Neil Hickey, editor-at-large of the Columbia Journalism Review, since 1962. Both Lisa and her husband were friends of Bobby Fischer and assisted Fischer in some chess articles. (Despite her friendship with him, Fischer was not impressed with Lane’s, or any woman’s, chess playing abilities: “They’re all fish. Lisa, you might say, is the best of the American fish.

According to two-time U. S. Women’s Chess Champion Jennifer Shahade author of Chess Bitch, a book about women chess players), Lisa quit the game partly because she was annoyed with being identified as a chess player. “It got to be embarrassing, constantly being introduced as a chess champion at parties.” On her fame, Hickey said, “I guess I was good copy. I don’t think the things I did in chess forty years ago are the most important things in my life.”

She owned a natural food business, Earthlore, in Pawling, New York, until 2007.

The Second celebrity Teve Clemente born Esteban Clemento Morro November 22, 1885—May 7, 1950 was a Mexican actor known for his many villainous roles. He began acting in his teens, signing up for his first movie, The Secret Man, in 1917. His later, numerous roles were usually bit parts. As a child, Clemente developed a passion for knife throwing.

In 1922, he came to Hollywood to put on a knife demonstration for a disbelieving director. He was trusted to throw knives in movies that had to land an inch or two away from a celebrity. He always got right on target, and developed a good reputation for stunts. He was a known scene stealer and was famous for his villainous snarl. He later starred in such movies as The Most Dangerous Game (1932), playing Tartar, the second henchman of Count Zarrof and played the Witch King in King Kong (1933).

Little is known about his personal life; however he did frequently work with famous actor Noble Johnson. After his last movie, Perils of Nyoka, he retired from the acting scene. On May 7, 1950, he died from a cerebral hemorrhage.

The third of my celebrity George Best (22 May 1946 – 25 November 2005) was a Northern Irish professional football player, best known for his years with Manchester United. He was a winger whose game combined pace, acceleration, balance, two-footedness, goalscoring and the ability to beat defenders. In 1968, his annus mirabilis, he won the European Cup with Manchester United, and was named the European Footballer of the Year. When fit, he was an automatic choice for the Northern Ireland team, but he was unable to lead them to the World Cup qualification, despite being capped 37 times and scoring nine goals.

In 1999, he was voted 11th at the IFFHS European Player of the Century election, and 16th in the World Player of the Century election. Pele named him as one of the 125 best living footballers in his 2004 FIFA 100 list and Best was named 19th, behind Gerd Muller, at the UEFA Golden Jubilee Poll. In his native Northern Ireland, the admiration for him is summed up by the local saying: Maradona good; Pele better; George Best.

He was one of the first celebrity footballers, but his extravagant lifestyle led to problems with alcoholism which curtailed his playing career and eventually led to his death in November 2005 at the age of 59. His cause of death was multiple organ failure brought on by a kidney infection, a side-effect of the immuno-suppressive drugs he was required to take after a liver transplant. In 2007, GQ named him as one of the 50 most stylish men of the past 50 years.

The third entry i write is about a movie. I say the synopsis of the movie just a few. The movie  i watch is woman Quanba. The main character is a girl named Jija Yanin an Thailand people.

Innate genius of a martial arts.Sen ( Jija Yanin decorated ), a child with his mother Sin Xiangyiweiming. Sin and Japan because of gang leader Masashi (played by Hiroshi Abe) love, two men were seen as a thorn in the Thai underworld of human, in addition to the latter vowing faster. Masashi for – life , return to Japan last report. Sin mother and daughter, four escape, but still can not escape the clutches gangs. Sen is autistic people, and people do not know how to communicate, they have sensitive hearing, but did not forget  to read the complex movements.

She saw her mother were often bullied, then with ordinary people beyond the martial arts talent, no self – division, Liancheng a strong skill. Sin suffering from cancer, seek medical attention urgently needed money. Sen for his mother to live, is determined from the hands of gang members, mothers with fists get past leading their money.

On the other hand, Sin for fear that her daughter was gang supporters; who had to seek assistance from the Japanese Masashi. Masashi to save the wives and daughter, decided to return to Thailand.

In his mission of Masashi is failed to bring his wives because being killed buy the gang.His daughter has killed all gang with herself.She bring her father Masashi to Thailand.

I want to write about someone who out my league.The person out my league is a girl.I like the girl for a long time.I tackle her but  i failed.She did give any respond to me.She never say any word to me.I look at her.She give a negative mood to me.Why she being like that.

Entry 1: Academic Writing in English

I want to write about writing in English. In my opinion, writing in English is good for my education. Now, I am studied in collage like kind university. Each task I get from each lecture is in English. That why I learns English. Write in English give many extra benefits for me. I am student just now. I want to speak to everyone in here in English. Many students are from other country like an example Nigeria and American. If they talk to me I replied it in English. They speak very smooth and make me to learn it. I tried to learn much more skill communicate from lecture who expert in it.

Besides that, I think English is good. In my opinion, many item or things in the world named in English. For an example, sudu in English is spoon. If I travel to other country, I call thing must be in English. I am now in modern time. Any building named English, for example masjid named mosque. In Malaysia that place I live, have many religion. Some religion cannot understand what Malay talk. So I talk English to them. English is now one of our first communications.

I am not good in English. So, I tried a research about English. I do exercise in class. Every time if I am bored, I read a newspaper time. That can I improve more about English. I also need help from my family that can give much learn in English. If our family is far away from our studied, friend also can be another learns. We can discussion together.

In modern, I can get item from technology use. It call internet, any word that I can understand. It can translate from Malay to English. Every one can do exercise at home. I say that because we have a facebook and blog. We can communicate it from home. We use chatting that also can improve our English. In class, lecture is our referents. We just ask our lecture. I think lecture is no bored if we asking much thing if we not understand.

Every day we learned it, we improved in English. Other word, we enjoyed use English language. In my last word, I can say English is good to everyone. Some day, time to other time I think every world people speak in English so we must now learn indeed in English.

My conclusion says all above it about writing in English. English is very good to everyone use it. That all about me write topic writing in English. Thank you.
